I’ve been there, I get it. Life is stressful and overwhelming at times and it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of your priority list. It’s tough to drive and strive for more, more, more all of the time. What if you could find ways to simplify your world − and clear a path for you to be able to see and connect to your true nature? In other words, become your best self in body, mind and spirit. A few years ago, I suffered from a stress-related illness that put me out of commission for months. I was trying to do it all: be a good mom, wife, athlete and health and wellness coach. I looked healthy − I was fit and strong − but even after working 25 years in health and wellness, I was not well. I crashed hard. But you know what? Good came from it. I learned I can’t do it all and shouldn’t even try. I began stripping down, getting real, setting boundaries and prioritizing things I hadn’t before. I took a deep dive into my own wellness and learned to find balance. For me to be well, I needed to slow down, breathe and connect with nature. For the past six years, my new balance has sustained me and I’m ready to share what I’ve learned. |
